I’ve been liking the points system so far. I order skincare regularly, so it’s reassuring to know I’m actually getting a little something back each time. It’s not a huge discount, but it does help take a bit off my next order, which makes me feel better about restocking.

I tend to use Naturisimo when I’m feeling too mentally drained to compare loads of beauty sites, because their prices are usually better than a few others I check. Some things are about the same price elsewhere, but the offers can make a real difference. I took one star off because not everything is a bargain, but overall it’s still good

I was surprised that this actually worked. My skin feels a lot better after using it. Just a heads up though, go easy at first and don’t use too much right away, especially if your skin is sensitive.

I tend to use Naturisimo because they’re one of the few places that actually seem to have the products I’m looking for, especially the brands that are always out of stock everywhere else. For me, that makes a big difference because once I find skincare that works, I don’t really want to keep switching things around.
I did have to wait for one item once, but that’s been the exception rather than the norm. Most of the time I can just order what I need without a lot of fuss, which makes it much easier to keep up with my usual routine...

I ordered from Naturisimo for international delivery and wasn’t totally sure how it would go. In the end, it was mostly a good experience, the parcel arrived faster than I expected and everything was packed properly, with no leaks or damage. The tracking was fine, though not amazing, but it did the job. I still had a bit of that nervous feeling waiting for it, but overall I’d be happy to order again.

I’ve shopped with Naturisimo a few times now and it’s been a really good experience each time . I like that the brands feel trustworthy and the skincare doesn’t have that random online-shop feel to it . Delivery was perfectly fine too , but the main reason I’d go back is because it’s easy to find cleaner beauty products that actually do what they say . I’d definitely order again

I really like shopping on naturisimo because it feels like there’s always something new for me to discover. I’m mostly into skincare and hair products, and they’ve got loads of options that suit what I’m looking for. I’ve also found a few brands there that I don’t usually see in regular shops, which makes it more interesting for me. The site is easy to browse, and I usually end up adding something new to try. Overall, it’s a really good place when I want more natural products.

"Leaky item, but they sorted it out quickly"
My naturisimo order arrived quickly, but one of the items had leaked a bit inside the box, which was a bit frustrating.

I sent them an email with a photo, and they got back to me the next day. They offered to send a replacement, and that turned up a few days later with no issues.

Based on this order, I’d say their packing could maybe be a bit better, but their customer service seems solid when something goes wrong. Not quite a perfect experience, but it was handled without much hassle.

"Shipping is a little pricey"
I do like ordering from Naturisimo, and I’ve usually had a good experience with them. The only thing is the shipping cost can feel a bit much sometimes. My order still arrived in good condition and didn’t take too long, so no real complaints there. I just wish delivery was a little cheaper, especially when you’re only grabbing a couple of things. Maybe I’m just too used to free shipping everywhere now, which is probably not helping!
